Taxpayer partnerships
Seems everybody these days has some kind of “partnership.” We have domestic partnerships and thanks to Governor Ritter we now have “employee partnerships.” What about a partnership with taxpayers? That’s the question that policy analyst Ben DeGrow asks in his opinion editorial, which appeared in the Rocky Mountain News Speakout section last weekend.
