A Gentleman Always Asks First!
All of us at the Independence Institute take the Colorado Constitution seriously. That’s why we, along with the Mesa County Commissioners, filed a lawsuit to force government officials to honor the Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights and let voters have their say on the 2007 School Finance Act, which is an unconstitutional tax increase. Makes me wonder where Governor Ritter got his manners. Everyone knows that a true gentleman always asks first.
