Transparancy and Accountability Takes Center Stage

A slew of states, including our neighbor Kansas, has embraced transparency in government by creating publicly searchable databases for government expenditures and contracts. Texas requires school districts to put their check registries on-line for citizens to see. Why hasn’t Colorado embraced this movement?
