Calling All Future Leaders …(who are willing to sign a waiver)
The Independence Institute’s intern program, formally called the Future Leaders Program, but informally called the Colorado Student Exploitation Program, or CoSEP, is looking for some bright, young, wide-eyed youth to take advantage of this Fall. This is usually how the program works. We get a fresh batch of young adults who walk in and expect to acquire real world skills and eventually change the world. By the time they leave they can make a great pot of coffee, use the copier with some proficiency, file alphabetically blindfolded, and sometimes even direct callers to my voicemail. All skills future employers not only expect, but demand. Occasionally however, the bruises from the chains take more than 30 days to disappear, but we firmly stand by our 10 to 14 day policy.
