Property rights in Colorado are under attack. In 2008, the Colorado Supreme Court gave it’s blessing for municipalities to take private property simply because the property is pretty. RTD continues to condemn private property for private development all in the name of FasTracks. Will the 2009 Colorado General Assembly come to rescue of property owners?
