***In our latest edition of Dave Kopel goes to Washington, this time Dave is asked to testify in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee on Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor. Here’s me sitting down with Dave to discuss the experience and whether she’ll fly through the confirmation anyway – despite Dave’s best efforts.
***Yesterday’s anti-Obama Care rally down at the Capitol was very successful. Several hundred folks came out on their lunch breaks to join in. And like I pointed out yesterday, there was however, one peeping Tom spotted. Face the State did a good job of pointing out Mr. Huttner’s hypocrisy in calling anything we do “astroturfing” and anything they do “grassroots.” Wait a second here, aren’t they the ones that pay and bus “protesters” in? Who’s the grassroots now?
