Voter Approval of Supreme Court Justices
Colorado’s State Supreme Court justices must get voter approval to retain their seats on the state’s highest court. This gives the voters of Colorado the option of holding justices accountable when they contort the rule of law. Matt Arnold, the Executive Director for Clear The Bench Colorado and John Andrews, former President of the Colorado State Senate, join me to discus which justices have violated the trust of the citizenry of Colorado and should not be retained.
